H1B Visa Pushers

Wish all the controversy about H1B visas and people being forced to train their replacements.   I’ve kept up on that, as well as gotten the records of those pushing for H1B visas.

Companies Caught in the Act of Pro-H1B discrimination against Americans

American Technology Consulting

Had this job originally listed as H1B only (illegal I believe).   I tried to capture it in the Wayback Machine, figuring that they’d eventually change it so as to avoid detection, but apparently Wayback Machine didn’t back it up in time.

Here is the offending job posting:  https://www.ziprecruiter.com/jobs/american-technology-consulting-fcbd8396/java-developer-9c4501cf

As you can see, at the end, it still mentions H1Bs, etc.

Here is my backup one on Wayback (which didn’t get it in time to show H1B only part.  GRRRR!):  (Just in case they try and remove any more incriminating evidence, at least this part was backed up.)    https://web.archive.org/save/_embed/https://www.ziprecruiter.com/jobs/american-technology-consulting-fcbd8396/java-developer-9c4501cf

At least I copy/pasted the original posting:

Here is a photo that a friend of mine was able to capture before they changed it:

incriminating photo

The incriminating job was supposed to be from Chicago but the new one that I have the link stored for is for San Diego, so they must have changed the town name and also removed the H1B only part to try and throw off the DOJ.     Sadly,  not even the Wayback Machine was able to capture the page as it was before they changed it, but we got what we could of the evidence.

UPDATE:  A friend of mine was able to find the thing in Google cache:  https://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache%3ALdqlbJb2nzQJ%3Ahttps%3A%2F%2Fwww.ziprecruiter.com%2Fjobs%2Famerican-technology-consulting-fcbd8396%2Fjava-developer-h1b-only-9c4501cf+&cd=4&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us
