linked to the “Greta” and the “sustainability” narrative
overrules me at the moment. Even if I argue about the environmental impact of
all these devices being used in schools, I still get ignored. I’m also up
against the “safe and secure” job fear, and this will increase as the
economy tanks and the only area of work left is in Pharma, bio and
cybersecurity. I’m hoping that in 2021 people will start to question more and I
won’t feel like an alien.

with produce is not the way to health and not regenerative and not biodiverse’
and not the way to gain health to the millions of people burdened with modern

income. Then they go back to their normal life

comforts and conveniences be replaced with putting our energies into building
what we do want and know in our hearts is possible.

Dear Friends and Colleagues:
I am writing today about the children of this pandemic. After a lifetime of
working among the young, I feel compelled to address the concerns that are
being expressed by so many of my peers about the deficits the children will
demonstrate when they finally return to school. My goodness, what a
disconcerting thing to be concerned about in the face of a pandemic which is
affecting millions of people around the country and the world. It speaks to one
of my biggest fears for the children when they return. In our determination to
“catch them up,” I fear that we will lose who they are and what they have
learned during this unprecedented era. What on earth are we trying to catch
them up on? The models no longer apply, the benchmarks are no longer valid, the
trend analyses have been interrupted. We must not forget that those arbitrary
measures were established by people, not ordained by God. We can make those
invalid measures as obsolete as a crank up telephone! They simply do not apply.
When the children return to school, they will have returned with a new history
that we will need to help them identify and make sense of. When the children
return to school, we will need to listen to them. Let their stories be told.
They have endured a year that has no parallel in modern times. There is no
assessment that applies to who they are or what they have learned. Remember,
their brains did not go into hibernation during this year. Their brains may not
have been focused on traditional school material, but they did not stop either.
Their brains may have been focused on where their next meal is coming from, or
how to care for a younger sibling, or how to deal with missing grandma, or how
it feels to have to surrender a beloved pet, or how to deal with death. Our job
is to welcome them back and help them write that history.
I sincerely plead with my colleagues, to surrender the artificial constructs
that measure achievement and greet the children where they are, not where we
think they “should be.” Greet them with art supplies and writing materials, and
music and dance and so many other avenues to help them express what has
happened to them in their lives during this horrific year. Greet them with
stories and books that will help them make sense of an upside-down world. They
missed you. They did not miss the test prep. They did not miss the worksheets.
They did not miss the reading groups. They did not miss the homework. They
missed you.
Resist the pressure from whatever ‘powers that be’ who are in a hurry to “fix”
kids and make up for the “lost” time. The time was not lost, it was invested in
surviving an historic period of time in their lives—in our lives. The children
do not need to be fixed. They are not broken. They need to be heard. They need be
given as many tools as we can provide to nurture resilience and help them
adjust to a post pandemic world.
Being a teacher is an essential connection between what is and what can be.
Please, let what can be demonstrate that our children have so much to share
about the world they live in and in helping them make sense of what, for all of
us has been unimaginable. This will help them– and us– achieve a lot more
than can be measured by any assessment tool ever devised. Peace to all who work
with the children!

“test to stay” program. They have to be tested and have a negative test to
attend school. They are requiring us to register with the health department as
part of this program. Is this lawful for them to be requiring us to turn over
what I would consider personal medical info to the state in order for him to

If a school has 15 confirmed covid cases they can stay open if they get 70% of
the students to test (anyone refusing to test gets put on mandatory 2 week
remote learning). If they can’t get 70% to test negative, then the whole school
goes to remote only.
They get around the legalities by making you as a parent sign a waiver… if you
refuse the waiver then they offer/force your student to use the remote learning
option.

explicitly told her over the summer that we were NOT ok with her 1.) changing

month in to the school year I found out she did all this anyhow. We were not
notified by school staff, let alone asked permission. The first thing I did was
ask to review the school districts specific polices regarding gender identity
which.. they didn’t really have any. Next, I spoke with her case manager /
school counselor (she has an IEP), who was actually very compassionate and
listened and seemed to understand and agree with my concerns. She was very open
to the informational resources I provided her and seemed kind of unaware of
what a huge issue this is. I sent emails to the principal and her teachers
stating that us, as her parents, do not want her called by a different name. I
did not hear back from them all. The few who did reply said that “ethically”
they felt they needed to respect the child’s requested name (🙄😡). Which.. I understand completely the tough position
they’re in and don’t really fault them on that. I feel like I did about all I
can do. Thankfully.. our daughter seems to have backed off with the trans stuff
a little. She has changed her name back with several teachers (I’m not sure if
with all, I haven’t pushed the issue. I’m trying to leave it alone as much as
possible because as we all know teenagers just loooooove to be oppositional
just for the sake of being oppositional 😂)

teacher instructed them to delete their search history and make sure parents

harsh slang for their genitals. A few parents complained, but most defended the
teacher. Our district said wrong video was sent out, but the quiz referenced
things that were only mentioned in the “mistake” video.

Infinite Campus stores more data on
our kids than anyone ever has in human history, now they dictate when Incline
High School students can attend class. Here’s the email I sent to Incline
Village parents and community members:
Incline High School (IHS) can’t have students attend the way teachers and staff
decided is best for students because of “technical issues with Infinite Campus
(IC)” (see email below from IHS). Educators, not IC, should decide when
IHS students attend.
Not only does Infinite Campus (IC) maintains the most massive student data base
on children in human history, now they dictate the days our children attend
school.
The District won’t provide a list to parents, of data stored forever by IC.
They say it’s “confidential and proprietary” to IC. Our kids do not belong to
Infinite Campus, but it appears their data does! School districts in Colorado
do provide a list to parents of all data IC stores on students. The list is
incredibly long, much more than grades and attendance. Parents do not have
access to the most incriminating data stored about their children in IC.
IC shares a subset of the student data stored on students with the NV
Department of Education’s SAIN system. We do have a list of the SAIN data base
and it contains between 800-1,000 data fields; this data is also never deleted.
Some of the data is incriminating. Most parents have no idea it even exists,
and no one really knows how this may affect the future of our children.
Infinite Campus shares data with many other third party vendors the District
authorizes. Protect Nevada Children has asked for a copy of the vendors IC
shares student data with, and the data that’s shared with each vendor; we have
not received it.
The issues with Infinite Campus will likely come up at the next school board
meeting. Please join us if you are interested and available.

I hate Jefferson Health System.
I kept wondering where they were getting so much money, as they took over more
and more. Everywhere they go, quality goes down. Their growth has been
explosive, while community hospitals are killed off.
I has a friend go to the
emergency room and there were only doctors on screens. It is a horror. I think
they bought that design school for wearable tech.
I participated in a action – a ground-breaking for a playground. I
confronted the head of the NGO parks agency who used to work for the Knight
Foundation – Internet of Things foundation. I said are you going to make Black
and Brown children pay for their playground access in health data? Because if
we don’t talk about this finance model NOW, that is what is going to happen and
it is barbaric. He didn’t say no.
Creepy video. Was that a drone
recording the children? The movement simulation looked like a video game, but I
guess that’s the point. I think with a lot of this, some of the people involved
think they are doing good. It is a mindset that just accepts where things are
going as the way it is supposed to be – better living with data used “for
our benefit.”
My 10 year old daughter really
wanted a fitbit type watch. The first day she wore it to school complained of
blurred vision, headache, and feeling tired. I pointed out the addition of the
watch, her jaw dropped and she said could it be? She immediately took it off. I
told her to take a break. A week later she wanted to try it again… she wore it,
same thing. Then she made the decision not to wear it anymore and we returned
it. As a healthcare provider, I am seeing more and more adverse effects of wearable
electronics mostly in teenagers. I can also see the adverse effects of the
5g/2g internet box in our house- which is the only service provider and only
type of box we can get in our area. Convenient when everyone is forced to work
from home. Smart plan they have going on. Difficult to figure out how to
navigate around it. We are trying to muddle through. Scary times.
I’ve also seen sicker people and more cancer than ever in my practice. In my
opinion if people are on the fence between wellness and illness, 5g and
technological advances are pushing them to illness and towards death. That
seems very clear to me personally.

complained, but most defended the teacher. Our district said wrong video was
sent out, but the quiz referenced things that were only mentioned in the

I hate Jefferson Health System.
I kept wondering where they were getting so much money, as they took over more
and more. Everywhere they go, quality goes down. Their growth has been
explosive, while community hospitals are killed off.
I has a friend go to the
emergency room and there were only doctors on screens. It is a horror. I think
they bought that design school for wearable tech.
I participated in a action – a ground-breaking for a playground. I
confronted the head of the NGO parks agency who used to work for the Knight
Foundation – Internet of Things foundation. I said are you going to make Black
and Brown children pay for their playground access in health data? Because if
we don’t talk about this finance model NOW, that is what is going to happen and
it is barbaric. He didn’t say no.
Creepy video. Was that a drone
recording the children? The movement simulation looked like a video game, but I
guess that’s the point. I think with a lot of this, some of the people involved
think they are doing good. It is a mindset that just accepts where things are
going as the way it is supposed to be – better living with data used “for
our benefit.”
My 10 year old daughter really
wanted a fitbit type watch. The first day she wore it to school complained of
blurred vision, headache, and feeling tired. I pointed out the addition of the
watch, her jaw dropped and she said could it be? She immediately took it off. I
told her to take a break. A week later she wanted to try it again… she wore it,
same thing. Then she made the decision not to wear it anymore and we returned
it. As a healthcare provider, I am seeing more and more adverse effects of
wearable electronics mostly in teenagers. I can also see the adverse effects of
the 5g/2g internet box in our house- which is the only service provider and
only type of box we can get in our area. Convenient when everyone is forced to
work from home. Smart plan they have going on. Difficult to figure out how to
navigate around it. We are trying to muddle through. Scary times.
I’ve also seen sicker people and more cancer than ever in my practice. In my
opinion if people are on the fence between wellness and illness, 5g and
technological advances are pushing them to illness and towards death. That
seems very clear to me personally.

I don’t think I’ve been this disappointed in a very long time. I, along with
several others, have just spent the last couple of hours literally digging
through a dumpster to save books thrown away by the management company of our
cherished school. With no warning, Clear Direction management company decided
to clear out the school’s library and instead of donating the books to the many
who would love to have them decided to throw them away. I have always felt that
it is a sin to throw away books and I was heartbroken to see an entire dumpster
filled with books. Crestwell families did what we always do, we banded together
and raced to the school to not only save the books but try to get answers as to
why this was done. We, of course, got nowhere. A huge thank you to all the
parents who helped with this labor of love. If you know of any organization
that could benefit from free books please let me know and I will arrange for
pick up. It’s a shame that I have to post this, because I always assumed that
anyone involved with education cherished the written word as much as I do, but
clearly Clear Direction management cares more about the aesthetics of the
school than the backbone that has kept us going for over 20 years. It’s almost
too much to process.

New Social Studies Standards for Utah will be released sometime early spring
for public review. USBE also adopted a new Strategic Plan with similar language
focused on “equity.”

“Robinson ran in part on ending “indoctrination” in North Carolina
schools and specifically promised he would take the fight to the curriculum and
standards put together by the state’s Board of Education.
“One of the things I want to examine the most is the curriculum,” Robinson told
NSJ in a Nov. 16 interview. “I’ve been hearing a lot of chatter from folks
about a lot of the things that the Department of Public Instruction is trying
to put inside the curriculum. And some of the stuff is not settling well with
me, is not settling well with a lot of parents and, quite honestly, is not
settling well with a lot of teachers. So, we want to take a good strong look at
the curriculum and make sure that we’re teaching our students what they need to
know in order to be successful, and we’re not promoting a bunch of social
engineering.”
The changes in the standards include social and racial justice themes, such as
gender identity and systemic racism. Critical Race Theory, a perspective that
has caused controversy in schools across the country, is found in the
eighth-grade standards on U.S. and North Carolina history and in other grade
levels. The board’s principal adviser, Matt Bristow-Smith, calls the changes
“the hard truths of our American narrative.”
Board member Jill Camnitz, a Gov. Roy Cooper appointee, led the committee to
change the standards. She said that in August 2019 that the board adopted a new
strategic plan with “equity” and the “whole child” as its guiding principles,
and that those principles were applied to the proposed social studies
revisions.
Camnitz said “blame and guilt are not what these new standards are about, but
rather we are seeking to draw on the richness of the American historical
experience as a gift to our children.”
Robinson opposes some of the social studies standards changes and was vocal
about them at the first board meeting since he was sworn in as lieutenant
governor, a role that makes him a de facto member of the board. Despite being
the state’s first black lieutenant governor, he believes the board is
politicizing the standards with “divisive language” rather than showing “our
common experiences.” He said there are already lessons on marginalized groups,
like Native Americans and Africans brought over as slaves, that don’t take such
a critical eye.
“I want to go on record to say I am not in favor of these standards at all,”
Robinson said during the Jan. 6 meeting. “We are Americans and that’s what we
should be teaching our children. A lot of this is being done for political
purposes, and I simply do not like it,” Robinson said.”

What can I do about this type of indoctrination? My son is in 7th grade and
after getting this magazine from school, one of his teachers handed it out, he
got into the car and said these words, “ Mom I don’t want to go back to
school”.
I asked him why and he pulled this magazine out and said “They gave me this

He proceeded to tell me that they always say bad things about Trump.
I told my son to tell his teachers that it makes him uncomfortable and to
please stop talking about there opinions. My sons response was, “I can’t say

Here is the thing we have fully supported and prayed for President Trump in the
privacy of our homelife and family.
We have supported his policies and agree with them.
We grew to love our President Trump and have taught our children to always pray
for and honor the President of the United States; BUT then for my children (our
other sons have experienced this same influence and indoctrination) to go to
school and they are pushing and influencing their minds in politics- I feel
nothing can be so blatantly criminal.
This school magazine has a 7 page article completely defacing the Republican
Party and all it stands for, and tears down people who supported President
Trump in the most sneaky appalling way.
I’m not trying to debate politics here, I am genuinely asking for some help.
I cannot send my children to school and do nothing about their welfare when I
hear my son say he doesn’t want to go into school.
I know this is a group against Common Core (which I fully agree), but can

Then you can let them know it is a one sided argument and not a discussion on

it’s not for any class it’s just
a Scholastic Magazine they get every so many weeks. The pages/article is pages
5-11.5

Part of the article literally defaces “America First”.. it puts forth a
globalism agenda.
What has honestly grieved me and my husband the most is that we genuinely teach
family first, we teach our children that within the borders of your own home if
you are not nourishing and caring for your own family how can you go outside
your own front door and help other families.

teachers pushing their political opinions on the classroom.

articles that if you analyze them, they are meant to shape kids to start to

capable, get on committees. Run for school board. We need to be a boisterous
presence. This can al be done with decorum but it needs to be done! It’s not
just about the present. It’s about future generations. The other sides objective
is to completely alter our morals and society. What are we willing to do about

are school teachers. They believe it is their job to teach your children what
you aren’t. My children are not in those schools.
Davis School District is
tough!!!! And I think it’s just a stepping stone. The others will most likely
follow suit.
I’ve had a few run ins with junior high teachers in Alpine School district. My
daughter made me not say who I was because then the teachers always single her
out and make life harder. It’s so dang hard.
It’s been bad for a long time. I
was shocked at the assignments my son bright home ten years ago. Though,
they’ve become more and more bold over the years.
Scholastic is terrible. We went
the rounds with our middle school in the fall over BLM articles…yout gotta
fight it!

My son is in Weber County schools district grade school and received a
similar publication. He said that he and half of his class crumbled them up and
threw them in the trash because they saw the disparaging tone against people
who disagree with the Biden administration. It’s so disheartening that the
schools can’t seem to stop putting a leftist slant on literally everything. But
how much hope do we have for our future youth that are seeing and recognizing

Dear Supt. Copeland,
I am the parent of two children enrolled at Gladwyne Elementary School. On
Tuesday, June 9th, I was puzzled to receive a “Cultural Proficiency Lessons
Family
Letter” from Principal Ellers that expressed the conclusion of “educators” (I
assume the LSMD Administration) that children enrolled in the school system need
additional explicit lessons on equity and race. Aren’t students already engaged
in numerous educational programs to foster empathy, understanding, and
compassion towards everybody? Yet somehow, as a result of the social unrest in
recent weeks, the school felt compelled to address the issues yet again, but
with something called “cultural proficiency”, a completely unmeasurable and
frankly, ridiculous exercise to achieve some unclear result!
What particularly outrages me is that the “Cultural Proficiency Committee”
(which
sounds like something out of Maoist China) imposed a lesson plan to
indoctrinate
the children into the “woke” culture, using reprehensible resources designed to
inoculate Caucasian children with feelings of guilt for the color of their skin
and
the “sins” of their forefathers. The material selected for this indoctrination
pumps
their brains with LIES that puts unbearable emotional burdens on them for years
to
come. Why must our kids feel like villains and hate themselves for something
they
had no control over – the color/pigmentation of their skin?!? Whatever the
school’s intentions are, this “proficiency” program threatens to unleash hate
upon white children. My nine-year-old very perceptively commented: “They are
doing
to us what they told us not to do to others.” In other words, this cultural
proficiency lesson completely flips the teachings of Dr. Martin Luther King
(judge people by the content of their character and NOT by the color of their
skin) on its head! Why has the school so dramatically deviated from the
philosophy of this great American which you taught the children earlier in the
school year? Dr. King
is probably rolling over in his grave now!!!
At the same time the messages the school is conveying instills a sense of
victimhood and lack of responsibility into black children. Your cultural
proficiency program assures them that they are not responsible for their
actions or lack of achievement (in cases where they do) since after all,
everything that has
gone wrong in their lives (in cases where it did) is the fault of the so called
“white
privilege.” Your approach promotes and instills anger and hate in their hearts
and
minds rather than responsibility, ambition and hope because they are EQUAL to
any other kid!
What does “cultural proficiency” exactly mean? Is it like “math proficiency” or
“English proficiency”? Does it have a set of skills and knowledge and the kids
will
be tested and given a score? How would you benchmark cultural proficiency?
Will the test be standardized and administered to kids of all skin
colors/pigmentations or only to the “white” kids? What about the kids who are
mixed race? Maybe these kids will undergo skin pigmentation test prior to
taking
the test to determine their level of dark pigmentation and the “eligibility” to
take
the test. Does it address black bigotry towards whites? Nothing in the
“proficiency” materials addressed this very real problem. White students who
attend pre-dominantly black inner-city high schools fear for their lives daily
but no one marches in the streets declaring “White Lives Matter”, much less
loot and
vandalize their communities to bring attention to this issue. Why does LMSD
give its students the perception that bigotry is only a “white” problem? In
fact, did you know that anti-Semitism has been on the rise in the U.S.?
According to a 2018 FBI data, Jews were 2.7 X more likely than blacks, and 2.2
X more likely than Muslims to be victims of hate crimes (“…the hate crime
victimization rate per
100,00 population of each group were 14.8 for Jews, 6.6 for Muslims and 5.5 for
blacks”). But there is no “Jewish History Month,” no riots of any kind (violent
or otherwise) by Jews” and you haven’t implement any lesson or program to
address it.
To put things in perspective I’ll tell you a bit about myself. After thousands
of years of slavery, expulsion, persecution, pogroms culminating in the
Holocaust our people returned home and built our country in 1948. Along with
thousands of Jews, my parents fled persecution in Iraq (where the Jews lived
for thousands of years) in the early 50’s and settled in Israel. For several
long decades there was a widespread discrimination (much like towards the
blacks in this country) by the
European Jews who controlled the country towards the Jews who came from Muslim
countries. I grew up very poor in one of the toughest slums in Israel.
Consequently I choose to study social work and graduated with a bachelor,
masters and doctorate in this field from top universities specializing in child
welfare.
I can say unequivocally that the United States of America is not a “racist”
countryand doesn’t have “institutional” or “systemic racism.” In the United
States of America, as in every society, there are bigots. They come in all skin
colors, faiths and uniforms, including blue ones!!! But this is a country that
no longer keeps one
race down to benefit another. People of color have been successful in all
avenues of society, as Supreme Court justices, legislators, mayors, captains of
industry, best selling authors and school superintendents. If you believe we
are a nation of white privilege, then you believe that African Americans
achieve their success because of their skin color, rather than their eminent
qualifications. Then that makes you the bigot!
The problems in the black community are not rooted in any kind of “racism” but
rather in the collapse of the nuclear family and the high percentage of black
children who are born to single mothers (almost 70%), most of whom are
teenagers and are raised in single family households. Further, many blacks
don’t receive agood education because they are denied school choice
(ironically, by Democrats
who oppose school choice and continue to prop up failing schools). It’s no
surprise that in Philadelphia, 44% of teachers put their kids in private
schools!
Unfortunately the problems facing many black people and communities have been
used by cynical politicians, activists and race baiters (like Al Sharpton) who
have been playing identity politics – using the “race card” to advance their
power and agenda rather than addressing real needs of the community they
profess to represent. Their solution was the establishment of the “welfare
state” which
according to the black economist Prof. Walter Williams “has done to blacks
American what slavery couldn’t have done and the harshest racism couldn’t have
done namely to destroy the black family.”
The Cultural Proficiency Committee sanctioned by LMSD approaches these real
social problems with dishonesty, hypocrisy and falsehood, which on the one hand
perpetuates the despair of black communities and on the other hand causes major
damage to our society as a whole. LMSD’s Cultural Proficiency is nothing more
than virtue signaling. It does nothing to promote understanding, acceptance,
compassion and empathy, but only fans the flames of hatred and make the real
bigots feel good about themselves.

Parents: KNOW the POLICIES that are in place to protect your child from
indoctrination. Jordan School District is currently going against this policy
by having controversial diversity, inclusivity, and equity
trainings/discussions in classrooms without parental knowledge or consent. The
school board is also exploring the possibility of changing this policy to allow
for these discussions to take place without having to get permission. Call your
board members and ask them to STOP these diversity trainings because they have
not gone through the proper procedural steps for approval. Ask them to keep this
protective policy in place, as is, and to start adhering to it.

teachers who are purchasing them with their own money (and anything parents
wanted to chip in to help) and they can fill them out in class to pass out.
I had a long conversation with their principal about it, he basically said a
bunch of teachers and parents are worried that the valentines would cause a
COVID outbreak 🙄 I was also frustrated that the other two
elems in Hilton are allowing it and not theirs! He said that wasn’t the
original decision, so maybe the other principals realized how silly it was to
not allow it…
My sons class takes the cake.
They want the valentines to quarantine for 14 days.
No consistent rules. Every school
follows a different hybrid model. Daycares are running mini private schools and
capitalizing on the fact that they can read the documentation and fill the
classrooms. We are all safer when kids are in brick and mortar, then here,
there and everywhere on the days they are not in person.
No candy allowed and have to
bring them in a week early for quarantine. Absolutely ridiculous. It was also
suggested that once the kids bring them home, we also quarantine them for
several days before the kids can touch them. You know, for “added safety” 🙄
Same for Greece. We do the same
thing with our IRLA books. They have to be quarantined before another student
can use them. Kids just started getting library books that they electronically
signed out and the librarian picks them out and brings to the student

I could not believe that her teacher taught her this! She went on to tell me in
detail about two transgender books that were read in class. I have reached out
to other parents and we have been voicing our frustration and concerns to the
principal, teacher and district office.”

I wrote on interoperable databases (the digital ID) a few years ago. That is
the gold – the data lake for impact investors. That is what folks like Ellison
/ Oracle most want. All of the data out of the silos so they can be used for
profiling and impact verification.

what is the source of the surplus value? Where is it being produced?
There is no surplus value – it is
about securitized welfare debt tied to behavioral compliance. The hedge funds
gamble on it and it enables digital surveillance of the poor.
Is this possibly one reason they
want to train so many students for coding?
They need to code and secure the
global digital jail and implement gene “therapies” for transhumanism.
There is a big push to teach
children ‘coding’. They say they are training them for the future workforce,
which will require many people with this ‘skill’. (It is boring and repetitive
work, easily learned.) There is a lot of data out there already, which cannot
be connected without codes to identify and connect records. Coding the records
makes them interoperable, and is therefore a necessary task.
It is so long since I worked supporting relational databases, but I think this
may explain the rage for teaching simple coding.
I think the codes would have to be ‘universal’, like the ICD-9, ICD-10 codes,
etc. used for medical billing.
So in essence it’s no different
from using children to pick cotton from the looms during the Industrial
Revolution. I’m surrounded by parents who think this is wonderful, unaware that
their children’s data is being mined and that they’re cheering on sending them
down the pixel mines. Many of the teenagers I speak to who are forced into
online learning are complaining about their eyes being affected, not to mention
neck and back ache. My son is 8 and even his whole class are using devices,
they will all need glasses before long.
So sad. In Florida I am noticing
a lot of 5g towers go up. 🙁
