Public Schools or Public Screwels? Part 48

This is part 48.

Here is a post from a friend of mine in Utah:

The ACEESS Advisory Committee that makes recommendations to the State School Board is against the bill to protect biological female sports.

Cox won’t sign the bill either.

And another post from her:

And now this….
Staff at the Australian National University (ANU) in Canberra, Australia, have been encouraged to ditch the terms “mother” and “father” with the hope of being more gender-inclusive.
ANU’s Gender-Inclusive Handbook has requested fathers to be referred to as the “non-birthing parent” and the term “mother” replaced with “gestational parent,” when discussing childbirth.

Here is a post from yet another friend of mine:

Genomic surveillance, people. Wtfu.

And the post she quoted:

Genomic surveillance can be used to track the spread of COVID-19 around the world. An example of its power from a months-long study in South Africa.

https://directorsblog.nih.gov/2021/02/18/south-africa-study-shows-power-of-genomic-surveillance-amid-covid-19-pandemic/

And some replies to this post:

This an effing partnership with Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. They announced it in Jan 2020. Pilot will begin in Africa and then scale globally. TEDtalk linked below.
“Sentinel will use a three-part approach to detect viruses, connect data systems, and empower the healthcare community, allowing us to respond to emerging viral threats in real time, wherever they arise. Using simple point-of-care tests and others that can simultaneously look for hundreds of different viruses, healthcare workers will be able to identify high priority viruses within an hour, any known human virus within a day, and previously unknown viruses within a week. Using mobile applications and advanced dashboards, this information will be shared across the public health community in real time.”
“Leveraging ultra-sensitive genomic and CRISPR technology, the ACEGID and Broad teams are developing powerful tests that can detect virtually any pathogen.”
“Through the Audacious investment, the team will refine and mass-produce these products. In parallel, they will develop an information system to continuously collect, integrate, and share viral surveillance data, and empower the entire public health community – from frontline workers to national authorities – to deploy Sentinel first in West and Central Africa, then anywhere in the world. By unifying these tools into a coherent system, for the first time, we will be able to detect and prevent pandemics on the ground before they start.”

Broad is into microbiology, too? It appears the same group pushing the school takeover with common core has been involved in the takeover of healthcare and the questioning of science.

And yet another post from her:

The WEF often waxes predictively on what must become of us in the painful trudge toward the ‘new normal.’ In its catalogue of ‘we’re-all-in-this-together’ attitudes and attributes, the WEF now lists “humility” alongside other desirable characteristics such as resilience, empathy, etc. Think of these as aligned-standards for calculating a social credit score.
So if a child isn’t humble enough, does she lose human capital points? If the soccer team celebrates a big win enthusiastically, will the players receive a recommendation to clean their opponents’ shoes – as sensitivity training? What on earth does the WEF even know about humility? How does it define it? Is it an emotion or is it an attitude, or something else altogether? Is the AI programmed to distinguish the difference? And then, Are all instances of individual pride taboo? How far must one go to demonstrate that he considers himself as low as others? My guess is that humility here is just equity with a religious component added for dramatic effect and fanatical durability.
This barely scratches the surface of the problems that will arise from this type of emotion-sensing AI.

And the post she quoted:

If you think this is only being applied to school children, you’re naive. Think through where this is heading, please.
When your Universal Basic Income payment is tied to your social credit score, and how you feel about government policies can be read from your facial expression, as just one example.
Humanity has a showdown coming with AI, and the process of how it will be used is not going to be democratic, in societies whose governments are captured by corporations.

And some replies to this post:

my son has to test every 2 weeks to play baseball. Is there info you can send me for this as well?

Get all the parents to sign a statement/petition saying you will form your own choir and everyone will drop out if they force this. YOU start it!

My son is still doing it just to practice baseball. Every single Friday. It’s ridiculous

We need to sue

I think that’s what will have to happen.

I heard in an interview that the PCR test was only authorized for emergency use. I’m not sure if that is true, but if so, things authorized for emergency use can’t be mandated. See if you can find info for emergency use on CDC for the PCR.

Here is a post from Shannon Joy:

What does this tell you about lockdowns and how it’s affecting our CHILDREN?

Here is another post from the Utah anti-Common Core group:

Today a 9th grade English teacher in Riverton taught her students that Communism is better than our form of government. The class assignment for the day was to read the 1619 Project.
The school is Oquirrh Hills Middle School. The unit they are in right now is Social Justice. They have discussed gender issues, prejudice in law enforcement, privilege and marginalization, the plight of “undocumented citizens” and many other volatile issues. She has never taught an alternative point of view other than left-leaning material. This is unacceptable and full-blown indoctrination.
Please share this info so it can find its way to the parents of these students so they can take action to protect their kids.

Here is a post from the Minnesota anti-Common Core group:

Do you realize that the Minnesota legislature funds an organization whose mission is to transform communities on behalf of the United Nations? The Minnesota Initiative Foundations were a big part of the 2019-2020 Great Start for All Minnesota Children Act. Their reach, however, goes far beyond early childhood. The “Great Start” bill offered a panoramic glimpse into the inner workings of government. This document demonstrated exactly what the Minnesota legislature was about to attempt and perpetrate on the unknowing citizens of Minnesota.

https://commoncoremn.com/2021/02/22/the-un-collective-minnesotas-initiative-foundations/

Beyond the MIFs, the state agencies I believe are directly embedding UN initiatives.

We also do not want sneaky funding through third parties to back to the MIFs. The MIFs are in control of rural communities in how jobs are set up. There’s much more to write about. They have home visits which are titled, shared raising, parents with govt entity.

It’s like Scotland where every family is assigned a government worker to do family check ups from prenatal…

Well, here’s one foundation to fight against and get rid of. I spoke with a MN senator last year, he said, and I quote, “We can’t defund the Initiative Foundations.”

And some replies to this post:

They are behind the initiative to create “safe” buildings also. So so dangerous!!!

ALARMING DEVELOPMENTS FROM INDIA
“The DNA Technology (Use and Application) Regulation Bill – 2019”
Recognizing the need for regulation of the use and application of Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) technology in the country, “The DNA Technology (Use and Application) Regulation Bill – 2019”, has been formulated for establishing identity of missing persons, victims, offenders, under trials and unknown deceased persons.
The Bill has the provision to establish a DNA Regulatory Board (DRB) to carry out the functions and exercise the power assigned to it under the proposed Bill. It also has the provisions to establish National and Regional DNA Data Banks for the maintenance of the national forensic DNA database for the purposes of identification of the aforementioned category of persons. This will aid in scientific up-gradation and streamlining of the DNA testing activities in the country. The Bill is under consideration by the Government.

exactly! And the data will be integrated with grocery purchase data and info from smart refrigerators too! Then people will be nudged to stop “risky” behavior before it starts.😨

Yep, or used to completely prevent you from making certain purchases. Like after you scan your Kroger customer card, in order to get the sale prices applied to the other purchases.🤨😳

THANK you!! Yes!! All integrated with employer-based health insurance plans. If only more people understood this!

Found this on a CityData workplace thread some years ago. “So just heard that our company and/or company insurance has mandate that all employees sign up for this program that saves $xxx from health care at the end of the year, and if we dont do this, or opt out, they will deduct total $600 over the year from our checks. Is this legal? sounds shady as f….
Smokers has to call this 800 number for support, and we all wear fitbit and do min 5k steps a day.” Now, I don’t think the guy said they’d outright take it from their paychecks, but it would make their healthcare insurance costs go up.

And yet another post from her:

You’ve probably heard of – or even completed – a stress inventory diagnostic tool. These questionnaires assign a numerical value to various life situations – the loss of a job, a chronic health condition, a divorce, the birth of a child, a disagreement with a friend, to name only a few. You’ve probably heard of the dangers of chronic, low-level tension, also. Some research suggests that, in the long-run, it is more detrimental to health than the acute stress associated with sudden, major shocks.
Governments and “health experts” were not unaware of the research on stress and trauma and their effects. They knew – and still know- the consequences that lockdowns, propaganda, and the Great Reset would have on people around the world. They did NOT have to wait to see these dynamics in action in the course of the coronapocalypse to understand the toll on our health and wellbeing. These public-private policy makers CHOSE to put people through a psychological operation, KNOWING the terrible consequences for individual health and social relations. But did they ever warn the public of the dangers, saying, “These policies will create toxic stress, which will no doubt affect many aspects of your life beyond your physical health”? Did they have a plan in place to address the depression and anxiety that they KNEW would result from draconian policies?
Unfortunately, they DID have a plan. A social impact plan, to be financed by corporate investors who want to harvest human capital data and earn a hefty return-on-investment for “fixing” what they deliberately broke. Our stress and pain is their gain, and in the processof “fixing” us, they can show “progress” toward the UN Sustainable Development Goals and claim to be “socially responsible.”
The same is true of food supply chains, infrastructure, and real-estate markets. The demolition of our economy was NOT an unintended consequence.

And some replies to this post:

It actually says “the great reset” in 2009! Megaregions, stack and pack, empty land. Renters are happier😳 These twisted ideas comes from people who “go places” most people don’t, so I can see why so many of these people who could have done something didn’t flag it and resist, because you would think people would never go for it! Alas, they didn’t take into account that they are going to force us! So now, when that cat is out of the bag, time for the good people in higher places to step up.! But I am not optimistic, I see my successful friends are deep in quicksand, and it’s painful to watch.😢

Interesting, that they came up with the United Nations New World Order Project (or New Economic Paradigm, but it still says “New World Order” right on the site, last I checked) and it says it came out….in 2009 after the financial crisis. https://unnwo.org/history/

Here is a post from the Rochester anti-Common Core group:

So just wanted to share that I had to go to my daughters school today for a counseling appt , yes she is in counseling now due to all the stress anxiety and depression she has with all the hybrid “learning” , during my visit I noticed a security guard wearing no mask while he sits at his podium until I got closer he did put it on, the lady on her office behind plexiglass wearing no mask, when the children entered because they had to sign in late they ofocoarse were wearing their masks but the lady in office never put one on and certainly weren’t 6 ft apart but there was plexiglass and then when walking out of the office to leave another older man had no mask at all and as soon as almost ran into my daughter covers his mouth and say oh… so tell me again how that’s ok but our kids have to wear them even when sitting? How the women who kids signed in with can be safe behind just plexiglass but not our kids so that they can go back full time? Just thought it was funny the hypocracy and then Ms Graupman thinks it’s so unsafe for kids to return yet her own staff isn’t following the guidelines. I of coarse don’t think the masks work, just merely pointing out inconsistencies. Also I will be writing a letter to the principal today to ask for my daughter to be able to go 4 days a week based on all that is going on with her( I’m sure they will deny) however not only has she failed both marking periods and now is in counseling due to her mental health but I should add we now have to see a neurologist because she has had two seizures( never happened before) after eeg and mri came back dr says not enough to say it’s epilepsy so I asked if it could have been caused from stress… her response yes. So this has very damaging effects on children in more then one way, I plan to attend school board meeting tomorrow and express my concerns but just wanted to share this info.

Here is a new Common Core Diva blog entry: https://www.commoncorediva.com/2021/02/23/are-educrats-reforming/

Here is a post from a friend of mine:

This IBM News comes in my email monthly, so I thought I’d share this one with you (as in regards to blockchain). You’ll see how the WEF Great Reset and the UN Agenda 21/30 (aka the Fourth industrial Revolution 4IR and Technocracy) are moving forward at full speed, as discussed by IBM News!

“IBM Blockchain News – February 2021
Of the 96 companies that have been included in the Forbes Blockchain 50 since 2019, only 12 have made the list for all three years—including IBM. Three other 2021 listees have partnered with IBM for their claims to Forbes fame. A.P. Moller-Maersk made the list for TradeLens, the international shipping platform co-created with IBM. Two were early adopters of what is now IBM Food Trust: French supermarket chain Carrefour, and retail giant Walmart (also a three-timer).
TradeLens and Food Trust, along with the we.trade trade finance platform, also co-created with IBM, were among the live blockchain applications studied for a recent research article “What We’ve Learned So Far About Blockchain for Business,” published in the MIT Sloan Management Review. The authors address blockchain’s unique capabilities for solving challenges at the ecosystem level.
Blockchain in the news
Blockchain plays in sustainability initiatives:
Optimizing renewable energy sources requires flexible, localized trading solutions for stored energy, like “prosumer” batteries charged by rooftop solar systems. Blockchain solutions can link buyers and sellers in trusted networks, like the peer-to-peer trading solution developed by Mitsubishi Electric and Tokyo Institute of Technology. Austrian Power Grid (APG) has joined the European blockchain-based energy balancing platform EQUIGY. Blockchain startup WePower enables corporations to trade surplus energy contracts in an ecommerce-like marketplace, with Australian electricity retailer Mojo Power its first live customer. And several initiatives are underway in Germany, including a new government-funded study into the role of blockchain.
Using blockchain to track sustainability and responsible production is gaining traction in the fashion industry, where raw materials can pass through ten or more hands before becoming a tee-shirt. The German workwear company KAYA&KATO has partnered with IBM to develop a blockchain network for traceability in the clothing supply chain so customers can identify the origin of fabrics in their products. Hong Kong-based TextileGenesis, a 2020 Global Change Award winner, is working with fashion brand H&M and textile manufacturer Lenzig to bring transparency to clothing production.Fashion brand Covalent is using an IBM Blockchain Platform solution from Cognition Foundry to track the carbon footprint of its products, and the True Tribe brand uses blockchain to provide consumers with provenance data on the clothing it makes out of ocean plastic waste.
Russian mining giant Norilsk Nickel, producer of palladium, nickel, platinum and copper, has joined the Responsible Sourcing Blockchain Network, an initiative for traceability of sustainable mining practices built on IBM Blockchain platform-based. And aluminum customers of aluminum mining leader Rio Tinto will provide customers with a digital sustainability label to document how the aluminum used in packaging was responsibly produced.
Blockchain aids COVID-19 vaccination efforts:
Technology companies of all sizes are stepping up with solutions for tracking vaccine doses as they move through the supply chain, including IBM. We’ve made available an open platform for vaccine delivery. IoT and blockchain work hand in hand in assuring safe delivery of validated vaccines. Two hospitals in England have tracking underway using an Hedera-based platform. With vaccine distribution underway, travel passports—like IBM Digital Health Pass—may be in our future.
Crypto ups, downs and developments:
Digital currencies. After passing $20,000 for the first time in December 2020, bitcoin has fluctuated its way up to nearly $50,000 as of this writing, with a spate of announcements surrounding the cryptocurrency’s climb. Tesla invested US $1.5 billion in bitcoin and plans to accept it in payment for its products. Twitter and Square CEO Jack Dorsey and rapper Jay Z launched a new blind-trust endowment to fund Bitcoin development in Africa and India, while India signaled it will go forward with a complete ban on cryptocurrency investment. Canada approved North America’s first bitcoin exchange traded fund (ETF).
CBDC:
The central banks of Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates worked with IBM on a pilot that used real money to explore domestic and cross-border settlement using a single wholesale Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) and blockchain. PayPal CEO Dan Schulman told investors that the payment platform will be “the digital wallet for CBDCs.” The Bank of International Settlements (BIS) outlined plans to run trials using CBDCs for cross-border payments in 2021.
Stablecoin:
The U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency announced it is allowing national banks and savings and loan associations to use independent node verification networks and stablecoins for payment activities. U.S. Dollar Coin (USDC) launched on the stellar blockchain with almost US $6 billion in circulation, moving from Ethereum to speed transactions and lower costs. USDC got another boost when Visa announced it will support international USDC payments on its network. MasterCard also announced crypto support, but with caveats.
Other news around the blockchain:
Australian bank guarantee platform Lygon went from pilot to live production, minting the industry’s first blockchain-based commercial banking product in the country. The service runs on IBM Blockchain Platform, as does the secure, contactless digital ticketing service True Tickets, which announced signing a new venue. The Algorand Foundation, research body behind the blockchain smart contract protocol Algorand, announced funding for 11 startups in its Europe Accelerator program.”

https://www.ibm.com/blockchain

they are placing everything, including the food and supply chain, on blockchain. Not a good sign.

blockchain allows the ruling class to finally have a management and control system unlike any ever devised before and with it, can control every aspect of our life including our behaviors and health. Complete and utter control.

And some replies to this post:

Humans and tracked human behavior for human capital bond markets will be part of the supply chain. That is what Blockchain is for – the end gam permanent record for total control

https://wrenchinthegears.com/2018/09/08/welcome-to-your-permanent-record/

it’s just horrible to think of, but it’s happening, and at breakneck speed! And it seems the older generation will vanish and the survivors will be merged into a new digital economic system that equates to a neo-feudalist enslavement. But it’s not here yet. So we still have a chance. But, this freaking vax is a big problem!

The vax is a problem, but so are things like this, the “fact checkers” and Newsguard, which the elites set up to block anything that goes against their narrative. I figure they’ve decided to go that route, and are even pushing teaching students how to tell what’s “fake news” in Colorado schools (and I’m sure they’re doing it in other states, it’s just that CO has a formal legislative bill.) With this “fake news” and “real” news stuff, they probably figure they can marginalize anyone going against the official narrative as “liars” and eventually push to prosecute us for “hate” or whatever for ruining their glorious order and supposedly making things hard on humanity. It turns out that the Australia thing turned out to be a nothingburger, or else FB realized people were watching, and they backed down with the news block.

IBM has a history of caring about people and making sure they’re well take care of. Can’t imagine any company more worthy of our complete trust in regards to health and financial security.

I remember thinking in 92 when i got my first IBM pc and started gaming in the mucks with all the wizards who built the worlds, that the wizards (or gods) were the best hope for the people because they run all the systems and could shut it all down anytime. They were all extremely intelligent and individualists, some kinky for sure but all had a sense of honor i admired. Even on furrymuck there were public behavior rules. Not being technical maybe i saw more into their power than exists, but could they shut it down if they chose to?

http://www.furrymuck.com/

yes, the next generation is so enamored with technology, that they do not see the dangers of it. I’m a technologist since I was a kid and I’m not 58 years old. I love technology but I have never seen tech as a replacement for humanity. As a tool to help us, yes, but to govern us and replace us? No way! These kids have been indoctrinated by movies and games to the point that they would welcome transhumanism with a red carpet not knowing that that red carpet is red from blood. Their ancestor’s blood and soon their own. I have to somehow convey all of this to them. They are entering a new feudal state controlled and governed by AI, surveillance and blockchain. They have no idea what they are about to encounter. If they would stop to read history books, they will quickly learn that the same people that have created wars the past few hundred years are still in charge!

Clyde Ford’s book “Think Black” referenced here is vital information.

Those who understand the role of Goldman Sachs in human capital markets will see why this is such a big problem. https://edition.cnn.com/…/ibm-gary-cohn-vice…/index.html

yes, I put up a post about Goldman Sachs and the carbon tax scam they are perpetrating. That carbon tax (crypto tokens) will come in line with our carbon/energy production and sustainability and the WEF’s ESG scores. We are being setup in a big big way and Goldman Sachs and buddies (the Green “companies”) stand to make trillions of dollars!

Here is a post from the Minnesota anti-Common Core group:

Since the United Nations’ presence, ie. Great Reset, is so clearly visible in Minnesota’s state workforce and foundations, I easily found existence in Illinois, too.
[name redacted] Check out the roster and CEO of lllinois Workforce Council.

Co-Chair Adam Pollet. “The Deputy Director for the Office of Trade and Investment
with a responsibility for coordinating export promotion and foreign direct investment for the state while managing Illinois’ network of nine overseas trade offices. He also worked for the management consulting firm, McKinsey & Company, for two years serving client companies in strategy and operations projects, and three years at the United Nations working on trade facilitation, poverty reduction and environmental protection projects.”

Here is a post from the anti-mask group:

What would you include in an email to a school, regarding reasons why your child refuses to wear a mask?
Our district follows the TEA, which states the school is ordered to follow Governor Abbott’s EO, which includes exemptions.
The TEA didn’t specify what type of “cloth” is mandated (nor does the EO), so I sent her to school with a tulle mask—-it landed her in the office.

And another post from this group:

Warning to parents, apparently there is an Adam video(series of science* videos) telling them how great the face petri dishes are, mine are doing virtual learning to protect them from those things but my son’s morning was ruined for him when he had to watch that. (I do not have the option to switch to home school)

And somre replies to this post:

I would have definitely kept him out of that lesson and chewed the school out for teaching it in the first place.
They aren’t doctors. They have no business speaking about it.

he did step away from the comp, but he is upset that they are teaching that to the other kids. I have not yet figured out how to address the teacher about this, as it was only a couple hours ago.

there has been vaccine propaganda too. I personally have to tread carefully being divorced, I feel in Illinois a judge could possibly rule against an anti mask parent. I have always taught my kids to be hyper alert when someone is telling them WHAT to think, but knowing how many people in my community disagree with them but still send their kids in person because it is easier…I figure their kids are not taught that.

and I have a feeling Illinois is about to lose their religious exemption soon too.
3 of my kids are about to go into elearning after 3 years of homeschooling.
Not my choice…..
Hopefully I’ve been able to instil important knowledge

Be careful with BrainPop as well. Full of propaganda.

I do remote classes and I don’t show my kids anything about masks whether the school wants us to or not. I even skip mask shaming in the recorded announcements

the announcements are for the whole school. In person and remote kids. They tell kids to act as if though everyone is infected and stay away and keep your mask on or you’ll lose privileges etc. I skip that part of announcements

Here is a post from Alison:

So here’s where George Lucas, whose impact investor wife Mellody Hobson formerly cozy with the Saudis, pitches the College Board on transforming AP exams so lectures and teachers aren’t really necessary.

And some replies to this post:

So Lucas pitches AP PBL and then funds his own study to guarantee the result he wants. Such BS.

Asshole. Plus he’s already doing branded wearable tech with Unicef for food packets.

So they tell us DNA-targeted bioweapons are the future of war, and then get pissed when parents refuse to have swabs stuck up their children’s noses to attend in-person school. Do they think we’re idiots? https://youtu.be/SpUSnuodVC4?t=1754

And yet another post from her:

Academia is so complicit. Legal issues – pfffft. NYU is also the home of GovLab and the interoperable data centers. If you get invited to attend or present at these conferences you know exactly what game we’re in.

And yet another post from her:

Who do I know in Wisconsin who knows about what’s going on with education and/or social services there? I got an invitation to speak (online probably) and I’d love to get the lay of the land policy-wise. I know it’s a hotbed of personalized learning and ed-tech.

And some replies to this post:

The only couple we know in Wisconson, formerly from Portlandia & So Cal are completely bought into the agenda, while ironically viewing themselves as rebels against the establishment, some real sick cookies, who are now raising a “gender creative” baby in CV quarantine.

What about my friend who is an art therapist? Would you want her to email you? I saw her Saturday…she was talking about how Rogers memorial hospital (psych hospital in Oconomowoc) was talking about running “lean” for her kids’ groups, and based more on “outcomes” for their group psychiatric treatment. She said, “I need to get out now”…😥

I’m in Southeast Wisconsin. It’s crazy here. I have a good teacher friend who hates what is going on, but is afraid of speaking out publicly because so many teachers are immersed in the fear-porn of the virus and can’t see past that to what is actually happening to education and the kids.

Kirsten Lombard & Jeffrey Horn have been warriors opposing Common Core & data collection here in WI. Dr. Duke Pesta is in WI. He did over 700 anti-common core talks across the country. There are many concerned individuals here who would be interested in hearing your talk. Of course, all of the universities & tech schools around here are aligning to UNESCO’s Education 2030 SDG’s. One tech school uses similar graphics as UN & ensures that students take at least 4 indoctrinating classes before they can take classes pertaining to their degree. Social Emotional Learning & using elementary thru HS as HR depts for industry is the popular thing to do in our little town.

They have discussed gender issues, prejudice in law enforcement, privilege and marginalization, the plight of “undocumented citizens” and many other volatile issues.

THANK you!!

Not being technical maybe i saw more into their power than exists, but could they shut it down if they chose to?

yes, the next generation is so enamored with technology, that they do not see the dangers of it.

Here is a post from another friend of mine:

Microsoft forms a coalition to “combat disinformation” online. Founding members are Adobe, Arm, BBC, Intel, Microsoft, and Truepic. Former Microsoft CEO Bill Gates has been a big supporter of modern moves to censor more on social media.

And another post from her:

A substitute teacher said they were using gaming years ago…one called 3rd World Farmer where you grow opium, bribe politicians, & lose family members to airstrikes.

Here is a post from the Minnesota anti-Common Core group:

HOMESCHOOLERS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT TESTING SCORES TO THE STATE HF950 & SF 788
THESE BILLS APPEAR TO HAVE ALREADY PASSED COMMITTEE AND PLACED INTO THE ED OMNIBUS BILL.
HF950/SF788 seeks to add submitting your standardized testing scores to the state to homeschool statute requirements:
“A letter of intent to continue to provide instruction
must include a report to the superintendent with proof that the testing plan for the previous
year was fulfilled as agreed upon, a copy of the official test scores, and information required
in paragraph (a) for each student for the upcoming school year.”
Did you know that public school families have the right to opt entirely from standardized testing- for many good reasons- while homeschooled families cannot? It’s true and now the state wants supervise those scores. While sounding reasonable on the surface, current law already requires documentation and assessments to address any low testing scores. While homeschool students typically far surpass achievement norms, many experts agree these tests aren’t the whole picture of any student and they are just a tool to guide how to best teach a child. Mandated reporting to the state will only lead to more intrusion into the privacy of non public education options and attempts to control it. If you agree, please contact your legislators and tell them why you oppose this legislation.

Prekindergarten through grade 12 general education, education excellence, inclusive and welcoming schools, health and well-being, teachers, charter schools, nutrition and libraries, early childhood, post-secondary enrollment options and graduation, and technical corrections modifications

And some replies to this post:

what is the purpose of requiring homeschoolers to submit test scores when public school students can be opted out?

I wonder what the local districts would do with the scores. In some states the composite score determines whether the children need to be placed in government schooling. These type of stipulations would force children with cognitive disabilities into the government schools.

Just tie this legislation with the ed constitutional amendment and we have a recipe for disaster.

Well at least now i know why schools in Slovenija were for so long(more than half a year in total) closed🤢…our digital culture was way behind(thanks god) so they had to cook us longer i guess to finally accept it….in the Netherlands were the digitalization was way further the pressure on schools wasn’t that strong….they are anyway allready fully indoctrinated that digitalization is the only possible future if they want to be the best…..in Slovenija people value love and family over money so i guess we need more re-education on this point🦉

Let the lawsuits fly. I want to see what happens when Trump voters learn in real time how his appointed judges are going to rule on these cases.

one of his appointees says no more eviction moratorium –

I hope parents pull their children out. Detectives and cps showed up at my friend’s house for not letting her kid’s do online schoolwork. She does not agree with it. They showed up at her door and harassed her. Its terrifying I am glad I didn’t have kids yet. Now I am afraid to.

I don’t care about the damn test scores. George Lucas should stay out of education. I have a strong feeling that VR and wearable tech is what he has in mind for “project-based learning.” It’s a total set-up. Also they want the SEL data for impact investments.

Here is a post on her wall:

1806 After the defeat of the Prussians (Germans) by Napoleon at the battle of Jena, it is decided that the reason the battle had been lost is due to the fact that the Prussian soldiers are thinking for themselves on the battlefield instead of following orders.
Johann Gottlieb Fichte suggested the State as the center of the ultimate moral nature of society which directly influenced both Von Schelling and Hegel, who took similarly idealistic views.
1819 Prescribing “duties to the State”, combined with John Locke’s view (1690) that “children are a blank slate” and lessons from Rousseau on how to “write on the slate”, Prussia establishes a three-tiered educational system considered “scientific” in nature.
The Prussian system defines for the child what is to be learned, what is to be thought about, how long to think about it and when a child is to think of something else.
The elite of Prussian society comprise .5% of society.
5.5% of the remaining children are allowed to go to what is called realschulen, where they are partially taught to think.
The remaining 94% are sent to volkschulen, where they learn “harmony, obedience, freedom from stressful thinking and how to follow orders.”
Symbol identification (reading) is not allowed for the first six or seven years of volkschulen lives.
1840 The American attitude of “learn and then strike out on your own” has to be broken.
The Prussian system is the ideal way to do it.
1857 William Torrey Harris introduces the Prussian conditioning system to the midwest in St. Louis.
