Phony Criminal Justice Reform Supporters

I plan to list here, the so-called “criminal justice reform” efforts of the Left, that claim that incarceration is happening to too many blacks, too many illegals, too many this or that, or, in some cases, just the Left wanting to try and get rid of prisons in general, thus making the streets less safe to make it easier to cause chaos.   Another thing that will be covered is asking for so-called police reform, either by claiming racism or some other bunk to try and weaken local police departments

Here is a Breitbart article that shows what I mean:

Now let’s list the supporters of the so-called criminal justice reform:

Unitarian Universalist Association

Bank of America

National Council of La Raza

This group called Grassroots Leadership, is helping fight deportations and whines about a “Prison Industrial Complex” and that it is incarcerating people for profit:

A similar group is called “Justice Strategies”.   They count among their allies the  American Friends Service Committee (AZ), the Connecticut Alliance, the Colorado Criminal Justice Reform Coalition, Families for Freedom (NY), Justice Maryland, the New Bottom Line Campaign (AL), the Prison Moratorium Project (NY), the Second Chance Campaign (NJ), WISDOM’s “TIP” campaign (WI), the Western Prison Project (now the Partnership for Safety and Justice in OR), the national Detention Watch Network and the Mississippi ACLU

Another group is called “Critical Resistance”.   They also whine about the “prison industrial complex” and bla bla bla.   Their allies are:

All of Us or None
Appalshop/ Calls from Home
Barrios Unidos
California Coalition for Women Prisoners
Californians United for a Responsible Budget
Eastside Arts Alliance
Free the SF8
Freedom Archives
Legal Services for Prisoners with Children
Justice Now
Prisoner Hunger Strike Solidarity Coalition
Southern California Library
Stop the Injunctions Coalition
TGI Justice Project
Xicana Moratorium Coalition
Youth Justice Coalition

I looked up the Stop the Injunctions Coalition and they appear to be another such group.

Their allies are:
